
Mike is a fantastic trainer! He is encouraging, enthusiastically celebratory of successes and milestones, and kind. He has been instrumental in getting me back into shape and shedding much needed weight. He never pushes you if you are hurt or beyond your capacity just to push you forward on some timetable. I cannot recommend him enough as a trainer for all levels of training. He rocks!!!

I signed up for a personal trainer because i knew nothing bout how to workout or even which workouts to do for each particular area I was trying to reach and i never had the motivation for it. Mike is so down to earth and so motivational he makes each workout session fun and makes me wanna come back. My first session with him was one for the books. I left feeling like I can do this and how I will most definitely be back. Even though I haven’t been in a good minute due to some issues going on right now everyday I still hear “Good job Asia” “3 more, young lady.” I couldn’t ask for a better trainer! Thank you so much! You will never know how much having you as my trainer means to me!
I started working out in July 2024 after being out of it for the last few years. I decided to make a change in my life. I just didn’t want to be out of shape anymore. So, I started working out with Phil about 6 months, then came Mike. Mike has been the most coolest, pleasant trainer I’ve ever had. Mike, you will forever be my friend and brother.
