Mike is a fantastic trainer! He is encouraging, enthusiastically celebratory of successes and milestones, and kind. He has been instrumental in getting me back into shape and shedding much needed weight. He never pushes you if you are hurt or beyond your capacity just to push you forward on some timetable. I cannot recommend him enough as a trainer for all levels of training. He rocks!!!

I signed up for a personal trainer because i knew nothing bout how to workout or even which workouts to do for each particular area I was trying to reach and i never had the motivation for it. Mike is so down to earth and so motivational he makes each workout session fun and makes me wanna come back. My first session with him was one for the books. I left feeling like I can do this and how I will most definitely be back. Even though I haven’t been in a good minute due to some issues going on right now everyday I still hear “Good job Asia” “3 more, young lady.” I couldn’t ask for a better trainer! Thank you so much! You will never know how much having you as my trainer means to me!

So, I started working out with Phil about 6 months, then came Mike. Mike has been the most coolest, pleasant trainer I’ve ever had. Mike, you will forever be my friend and brother.

I signed up for a personal trainer as a way to get myself into a routine of exercising, knowing that if I had an appointment with someone I wouldn’t skip the session. Michael was so pleasant and down to earth that I was never embarrassed to be a gym newbie as he taught me about the equipment and how to get the benefit I was looking for. To this day when I work out I can hear “3 more, young lady. 2. There ya’ go, she’s a beast! High five!” Michael Faulkenberry had a huge impact on my overall health and attitude about working out.

Started working out in 2015 on a need to basis after heart surgery. When i say I hate working out that is an understatement. Joined anytime fitness and soon found they had trainers, yay just what i needed. I checked into it and found the price to be out of my range since working out was torturous for me. At that time they had like 4 other trainers than Michael Faulkenberry but for some reason Mike kept standing out from the crowd on how he pushed his clients hard yet they all seemed to keep a smile on their face. I watched for years this man change lives of the elderly to the young by giving them the confidence to achieve things they would not alone. He just had an air about him that made you want to work hard.

After 2 years I decided to take the leap and have him train me . Well the crappy management team took that chance away from me when it came time. When i found out he moved to the gym my wife went to I signed her up with him . She loved him until she had shoulder surgery .

Years later he has returned to my gym and I immediately seized the opportunity to get him as a trainer again. Once again must emphasize how much I hate to work out but training with this beast of trainer has been something I look forward to because I know he is gonna push me and I feel the gains every time. This past weekend I had a bear confront me and when I took of my shirt and flexed he ran off. No joke !!!!!
